Refresh your body and reconnect with nature at The Abbey Inn Spa – a restful retreat in the heart of the Hudson River Valley. Our 2,500-square-foot hotel spa offers sanctuary from the non-stop energy of the outside world, with four tranquil treatment rooms, his and hers saunas, a relaxation room and a vast array of wellness-enhancing services.  We are pleased to be open by appointment only for the following hours:

Sunday 10:00am- 6:00pm

Monday 10:00pm - 4:00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday 10:00am - 7:00pm

Stretch out and feel your tensions ease as expert therapists provide soothing massages and revitalizing facials. Or treat yourself to a hairstyling service in our salon. Take a dip in the spa whirlpool before or after your treatment, and consider purchasing one of our packages – ideal for pre-wedding pampering, romantic weekends, group visits and more.

We are pleased to offer the ultimate spa experience, which includes the use of our sauna's and luxurious locker rooms.
The Fitness Center & Whirlpool are accessible for House Guests only.

For your convenience, a suggested gratuity of 18% has also been added to your service(s). Gratuities are optional, can be adjusted, and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing or staff contributing to the service(s).

Our sacred space utilizes the healing properties of nature with a collection of rejuvenating treatments to leave guests with restored balance, renewed energy, and natural radiance. For The Abbey Inn guests, we are pleased to offer the ultimate experience, which includes the use of our fitness center, hot tub, sauna and luxurious locker rooms. Spa day guests are welcome to use the sauna and locker rooms.
