Set high above the Hudson River in Peekskill, New York, this unforgettable evening begins with a garden cocktail reception featuring curated wines, craft cocktails, seasonal bites, and intimate conversation among an extraordinary group of women creators, makers, and innovators.
Featured guests include Alessandra Fontana, Milan-based food influencer and culinary storyteller; Kirstin Griffin, James Beard Award-winning chef; Claire Marin, beekeeper and founder/distiller of Pollinator Spirits; Dr. Nicola Nice, award-winning author, sociologist, brand strategist, and spirits entrepreneur; and Andrea Drew, Certified Sommelier and wine expert.
Guests will then enjoy a beautifully curated four-course collaborative dinner experience, where each course is paired with storytelling, exceptional wine and spirits, and culinary artistry inspired by creativity, heritage, and connection. Throughout the evening, celebrated chefs, beverage experts, authors, and hospitality leaders will share their stories in an intimate and elegant setting designed to inspire conversation, discovery, and community.

Continue the celebration with an inspiring day of food, wine, spirits, and creativity at The Abbey Inn & Spa.
Begin with a guided garden walk to learn about the herbs and flowers used in distilling and bees contribution. Enjoy a refreshing Crimson Spritz alongside Claire Marin of Pollinator Spirits, followed by a pizza-making demonstration and lunch with culinary storyteller Alessandra Fontana and artisan baker Donalee Goodbrod. The afternoon features a thought-provoking lecture with Dr. Nicola Nice, an exploration of Italian artisan copper cookware with Angelo Pavoni of Pavoni1920, and a curated wine tasting led by Certified Sommelier Andrea Drew.
The day concludes with the Summer Sunset Music Series overlooking the Hudson River, featuring DJ Victor B and WonderGround Sounds.
